How do I cancel my order?Updated 14 days ago

To cancel the next order in your subscription series, be sure to log in to your Darwin's account and manage your subscriptions here. Click View Details and chose to either Skip Order or Re-Schedule your order depending on your needs. 

If you wish to cancel your entire subscription and any future orders, follow the same method above and follow the prompts in the portal to cancel. You may also contact our customer service team directly via chat or phone. Please include your order number and the reason for cancellation in your message.

Orders can only be canceled before they have been dispatched. If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our refund policy for further instructions.
