With the meals being raw and perishable, the meals are not returnable or refundable in most cases. If there were issues with the product you received, please reach out to our customer service team by phone or email to address this for resolution.

If you are not sure your pet will like raw meals, then we offer a discounted first box to have them try it.  We also provide resources on how to successfully transition your pet to a raw diet.
